1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and all packaging intact.
• Custom or special order items are non-returnable unless there is a quality defect.

2. Non-returnable cases

• Damaged products caused by improper use, improper installation, or modification.
• Items that are missing the original packaging or accessories.
• Clearance or promotional items marked with the word "final sale".

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address. Unless the product is defective or shipping errors, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be correct. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Returns and exchanges

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement for you free of charge.
